Date Energy Bites

When all of us are at home, we tend to snack a little more. Since the lockdown has been extended, it’s important for all of us to also eat healthily and stay fit. Make these super easy ‘Date Energy Bites’ that you can snack on at any time of the day. I added almonds in these, you can add any nuts that you have!






Here are the method and ingredients:

3/4 cup soft dates

1/2 cup Museli/ Oats/ Cornflakes

3 tbsp desiccated coconut

3tbsp peanut butter

2tbsp cocoa powder

Handful of Nuts of your choice. I used almonds.


Method :

1. De seed dates.

2. Pulse everything together in a food processor

3. Form into small balls

4. Store at room temperature in a jar
